The target audience was clearly stated but nothing in the proposal shows why the identified target group would make the platform a go-to place for the resources it seeks to make available

It is not clear why the project is restricted to 4 months. While it is understandable that the funding window is 6 months, the nature of the project proposed requires continuity even after the lifetime of the project. The proposal didn't give information about how continuity may be guaranteed beyond the lifetime of the available fund

The proposal could do better by proposing innovative ways to make the resource platform proposed to be the favorite place for identified stakeholders to seek for information. Failure to do so makes the proposal less exciting than it could have been.

The budget overly focused on building the platform without demonstrating how to 'sell' the platform to identified stakeholders. There is a huge assumption that once the platform is created, stakeholders would embrace it. There needs to be a plan on how to make identified target audience want to use the platform and funds allocated for that.

I do not have personal knowledge of the organization but took a look at the website and found its work interesting and relevant to the proposal

As much as the objective of the proposal is clear and relevant to AFDEC overall goals, the proposal certainly needs more work to guarantee successful outcomes. Two things must be noted; A plan/explanation on how to promote or it intends the platforms into the consciousness of target audience needs to be drawn. Second, a sustainability plan must be established.
